been a long time until this new post. kinda busy with my little babygirl (she grew so fast!) and being a cheerleader for my husband. he just completed his examination.
Thank God, it's over and all we can do now is just pray for a good news :)
well, based on the title of this post, i'd like to ask you something. "how deep is your love?"
have you ever heard these words? me? i heard it a lot. (maybe) many people asked their partner with that sentence, and all they want is just need to hear something sweet and heavenly words like "it's as deep as deepest sea" and bla and the bla. because people tend to hear something they want to listen.
i've asked this question (few times) to my hubby, actually. as a new couple, that question always sounded in my head everytime i saw him busy with his job or his game or his book. until i realized every people need their "me time".
but everytime i asked this stupid question, (as a woman) i always wanted a long and sweet words (which most of it i've already forgotten). but then i feel this is just a temporary feeling of pleasure.
i mean, sweet words isn't a guarantee of happy life, literally. i found so much happiness from every little thing he did in everyday life. like the way he throw me his wet towel after a bath, the way he sang our childhood song "susan, susan, kalau gede mau jadi apa?" or on every stupid jokes he made :))
i've been thinking about the meaning of love. and the answer is, love is a feeling of excitement. yes, it's all about feeling, i can't even describe it in words.
based on that thoughts, i realized, feeling sometimes rises and falls you can feel both happened within a very short time as a blink. but that is love, sometimes bright sometimes fade.
so, back to the point. for me, there will be no more such questions as "how deep is your love?",
love can't be said with words. you can only feel it. and i will not promise that i will love you forever,
because forever doesn't exist in this real world. it's better to promise a thing you'll fulfilling, rather than a sweet promise you'll be breaking.
these are some of my breakfast photos lately,

strawberry on saturday
this is saturday (yay!) and means that i have some free time to bake something delicious for this weekend.
today i bought some strawberries and wanted to make something crispy with it.
i did a blogwalking yesterday and found a picture of mini pie, and i finally tried to make it 'real' hahaha.
well, for those who request, this is the recipe ;)
you will need
(for the pie curst)
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
180 grams of flour
90 gr margarine
1 tablespoon fresh milk
(for the filling)
one cup of fresh strawberry (grated or mashed)
150 gr sugar
1 tbs margarine
method
(for the pie crust)
butter your cupcake/muffin pans and set aside. mix the egg, milk, and sugar. gently add the flour, add margarine and stir until well blended. then trimmed the dough on the pyrex.
(for the filling)
add your grated strawberry and sugar into non-stick pan, and stir until well blended. heat over low heat until boiling and slightly thickened, then add the butter and stir again for 1 minute.
preheat oven to 180 degrees, pour your strawberry filling into pie crust dough, you can also add some dough crust that has been flattened and cut into strips and crossed each other. (see the pic). sprinkle some sugar (optional). last step, bake for 35 minutes or until your pie looks tawny.
and this is the result, a bit messy (you can do it better) but taste good ;)

don't judge, please
sometimes, i let my brain put itself into silent mode
no matter how hard the problem or how things are hard to handle
keeping my brain in silence is my own version to solve the problem
it'll give my brain space to think quickly to deal with the problem
i'm not the kind of a rapid recovery person, i think a lot
i mean, in some cases my head felt like want to explode
that's why i give my brain a break sometimes
i know, you might imagine that i take my brain out of my head
and put it on the table while i sat in a place without it. haha NO!
i'm a kind of forgive-but-hard-to-forget person
no hard feelings or anything like that,
my brain just needs some extra-and-long-time to forget the memories perfectly
especially bad memories (no good for health, really)
every problem looks like a puzzle in my head,
which i have put my thoughts together correctly to find the right solution,
yes just like one, by one, by one (and repeat)
but at the end of every problem, i thank God that my heart usually (always) wins
that's why (as i said) it's okay to left my brain on my desk or somewhere and take a walk
because i know, the feeling never lie while logic sometimes do
well people i do not know exactly what i'm talking about right now
so, do not judge. please :')

hungry? eat pasta!
a few days ago i made pasta carbonara for my lunch and post the pictures on instagram
then some of my friends text me, asking for the recipe
so today let me share the recipe here, simple and very easy to make
and sure not take hours to cook and serve 'em
let's see what you need
you will need:
200gr spaghetti (or fettucini if you like)
1 tbs olive oil
4 smoked beef (you can use bacon)
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 eggs, plus 1 extra yolk
50ml thickened cream (optional)
100ml fresh milk (ultra milk, plain)
50gr cheedar cheese, grated (it's better with parmesan)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves (optional, you can also sprinkle some oregano)
method:
Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water according to the packet instructions. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frypan over medium heat. Cook smoked beef, stirring, for 2-3 minutes until beginning to crisp. cut lengthwise, then set aside. Place eggs, yolk, cream, milk and cheedar in a bowl, add salt and pepper, then mix gently with a fork. Drain your pasta. And set both aside.
Now heat your pan with olive oil, add garlic wait until golden brown, add your egg mix until boil slightly and until the eggs are cooked. Add the smoked beef strips and cooked pasta for 1 minute stir until well blended. Serve quickly with chopped parsley or oregano. i add some broccoli as garnish.
and LOOK! you are done :D
recommended for lunch or quick dinner. you also can find another carbonara recipe here and here.
Good food and Happy tummy :D

few days of our busy morning, washing dishes, shofi's clothes, etc
and today (oh finally!) i had enough time to pick a few photos that i took few days before until after Eid
i was waiting sooooo long for this day, today 'bibi' has started to work!! *dance*
i feel my life is back to normal, which is have more time to play together with my babygilr (she's grown so fast, really)
