super quick and easy banana cake!

this morning i woke up and feeling hungry. so i opened the fridge and found 2 very ripe bananas. the first thing that appeared in my mind was throw them to the bin. but i remembered a recipe that i've found (of course on google) and finally decided to make a banana cake. this is a very quick and easy cake. you don't need a mixer and only takes about 25-30 minutes and it'ill be ready for your breakfast.
so I thought it would be nice to share the recipe here, just in case you need it too.
so here we go!

you will need:
2-3 medium sized bananas (ripe is ok but very ripe is better)
4 tablespoons butter (softened)
1/3 cup sugar
2 medium egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/3 cup flour (all purpose)
1 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
a pinch of salt

ok, first preheat the oven to 170 degrees
then in one bowl mashed the bananas (I use a fork) add the eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. mix well

in another bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. then mix the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. stir well. and pour into baking pan (round / long / whatever you've got and don'tt forget put a baking paper or rub the pan with butter) and last step is bake until browned or about 15-20 minutes.

and you're done. serve warm, but cold is also ok.
so, go try yours ;)

happy baking ;)
