it's been a very long time since my last update
in this post, i'll give you a good news!
Alhamdulillah our daughter was born on the 9th of May and her name is
Shofiyah Ayra Az-zahra
Thank God everything went according to the plan and prayer
doctor's prediction, the 9th is exactly the day of my 40-week-old pregnancy
my mother will be arriving from Makassar also on 9th
and another good thing is, my husband is free from work on the 9th
well i'll share this experience :p
all happened very quickly
that morning i found a few blood spots but we ignore it.
then my husband and I went to the airport to pick up my mom
arriving home, i feels pain or people used to call it with contraction
this is not a real contraction (yet)
after eating and resting for a moment, in the afternoon my tummy was
getting more and more painfull.
after maghrib, we finally went to the hospital
after maghrib, we finally went to the hospital
arriving at the hospital, at 18:30, I was immediately taken to the delivery
room
after inspected, it's already (how to say) pembukaan 4
mom made me a glass of palm juice and the nurses made a glass of sweet tea
contractions become more intense, I scream out in pain
approximately one hour later, at 19:30 the amniotic fluid 'came out'
after another check, it's already pembukaan 6
moments later, pembukaan 9
very fast!
the midwives seemed to be calling the doctor many times
and you know, the doctor said she's stuck, yes the traffic jam!!!
(what's on my mind?) well, jakarta/tangerang traffic could kill me right
now
but lucky me, it didn't happen then few minutes later the doctor comes
thank God, my husband always stand beside me during the birth process
and also my mom, a very patient woman, who gives me strength when i'm in
pain
ok, then..
at 20:45 am with the strong straining, the little baby was born
2.65 pounds and 48.5 inches long
she is our baby girl :))))
in the morning there is good news and bad news
the good news is, on afternoon my father will be here
and the bad news is, the doctor said that my daughter seems to have
infected by bacteria
because my amniotic fluid is cloudy
because my amniotic fluid is cloudy
but after being given some medication, and another lab check,
she is sterile from bacteria, and we can go home. Alhamdulillah
she is sterile from bacteria, and we can go home. Alhamdulillah
now she is very cheerful and her weight now is 3,1 pounds
a long story, huh?
well now, the point is
"do not ever hurt your mom.
she struggled between life and death when you were born"
she struggled between life and death when you were born"
now let me share some pics of her
thanks for reading ;)
have a great day y'all
